As an Operations Representative, you will be responsible for processing, documenting, filing, and preparing packages relating to the operation of Registered Retirement Income Plans, Registered Education Savings, Tax Free Savings, Registered Retirement Savings, non-registered accounts, and Locked-In plans across all business lines. You will also ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is filed and distributed, as well as review and prepare documentation/packages/reports to ensure accuracy.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will:

• Be responsible for the support and back-office functions for the team
• Review, document and distribute incoming/outgoing documents for the team
• Assign case work as per guidelines
• Be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly disbursements of payment and tax slips to CRA as required
• Intercept and report problem items to the team as encountered
• Prepare exception reports as assigned
• Process and assist other representatives with Estate related documentation, processing, and verifications
• Sundry duties as assigned
