THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE:
Answer phone calls and web requests;
Enter orders into the computer system;
Organize shipments and pick-ups with the warehouse team for orders and samples (transport documents, carrier booking, etc.);
Provide information about our products (availability, price increase, etc.);
Ensure various database updates (client/CRM, orders, product traceability, etc.);
THE ROLE IN PURCHASING :
Issue purchase orders according to existing procedures;
Arrange transportation, track shipments, route documents to custom broker;
Validate receipt of goods, and pricing accuracy;
Ensure the updating of various databases.
Perform all other related tasks as needed for both functions.
Requested SKILLS :
Do you have what it takes to meet the challenge?
2 to 3 years ofexperience in an administrative position within a small company;
College level of education in a relevant field;
Perfect mastering of French and English, both spoken and written;
Ease with of the Office Suite, and comfortable in a computer environment;
Proactivity and team spirit: interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service;
Organizational skills: skills for methodical work and ability to multi-task;
Professionalism and sense of ethics.
