This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package based on experience.
This position is fully remote, should the successful candidate prefer to work 100% from home. Should the successful candidate prefer, we are more than happy for them to work from our head office as many days per week as they like. Most employees located in Montreal are currently working remotely from home three days per week, and are in our Montreal (St-Laurent) office the other two days.
Note that free parking is available at our offices, and the office is easily accessible by public transportation.
The Position
The Customer Service Representative will report to the Director of Customer Service, while working closely with other departments.
We’re looking for candidates who are reliable, dedicated, courteous, and like helping others. Previous customer service experience is a must, and candidates must be able to multitask and solve complex problems. In short, we are looking for candidates that can deliver the “WOW!” service experience.
This is an inbound call center environment, so candidates must possess good computer skills, a winning attitude, and great communication skills. Customer interactions include voice, live chat, email and more. This is a high-energy and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & French
· 3+ years’ experience in a customer service / customer care position
· Excellent typing skills with ability to converse using live chat in both English and French
· The ability to respond quickly, effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing work and handling several projects at one time
· A strong focus on detail and accuracy of work
· Sound judgment & problem solving skills, and ability to work independently
· University degree a plus
