The Manager, Annual Programs is responsible for developing strategy, managing, and overseeing the implementation of Seneca’s annual giving programs that reach out to stakeholders including governors, businesses, foundations, students, alumni, employees, and retirees. Reporting to the Associate Director, Annual Programs and Advancement Services, the incumbent plays a vital role in growing the donor pipeline and revenue from programs with a focus on gift values through direct marketing techniques and personal solicitations, directed and evaluated using detailed analytics. The program includes direct appeal initiatives such as employee and alumni campaigns, tribute and monthly giving, and a leadership program.
