Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: ConcordIf you are organized, detailed oriented and believe that you can contribute and make a difference, Quantum would like to hear from you. Our client, a leader in their industry, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. Duties and Responsibilities:- Review purchasing documentation for completeness and compliance with policies and procedures
– Handle daily processing of supplier invoices: matching invoices with purchase orders, and entering invoices into the accounting system
– Process disbursements for appropriate vendors, suppliers, and other external parties
– Manage cheque runs and electronic funds transfers (EFTs)
– Communicate with vendors regarding payments and billing issues
– Perform periodic reconciliation of vendor statements and follow-up on discrepancies
– Assist in managing the accounts payable inbox
Requirements:
– Must have at least 2 years’ experience in accounts payable
– Must have full cycle accounts payable experience
– Must have high volume accounts payable experience
– Must be willing to work on-site on Concord
