Our client with over 45 years of continuous commercial development and design experience is looking for an Accounts Payable Technician to join their expanding team. A great opportunity for you to communicate with suppliers, discuss objectives with project managers and most importantly showcase your accounting skills in a great work environment.
Main Requirements:

– At least 2 years of accounts payable experience
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Strong vendor relationship management skills
– Strong French speaking and writing skills

Main Responsibilities:

– Conducting a full cycle of accounts payable for designated projects
– Verifying invoices and matching them with purchase orders
– Processing payments through scheduled check runs
– Reconciling vendor statements against specific projects
– Resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with Project Coordinators and Managers
– Collaborating during project closure
