Our client in the manufacturing industry is growing rapidly and is looking for an Administrative Agent to join its team. This position will allow you to work in a dynamic environment that values work-life balance.

Your main responsibilities:

– Perform Excel file and document management
– Update sales rep information
– Handle billing follow-up
– Process document requests with rigor and accuracy (certificates, gas cards, etc.)
– Follow-up after providing documents and answer questions
– Complete month-end reports

The ideal candidate for this position:

– DEC in administration
– At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
– Bilingual to communicate with people in the U.S.
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Excellent organization and management of priorities
