We currently have an excellent career opportunity in customer service/client support for a top national employer in Canada.
In this Client Support Specialist role, you will be working with clients on the phone (incoming calls) and performing other related administrative tasks. This role offers 100% working from home and in the future (work from home with 2 days/week in St-Laurent) with a competitive salary, excellent benefits starting on the first day! The company is looking for candidates with professional communication skills in English and French, good basic written skills, and the desire to join a really solid company where they can become established for a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service via telephone and written correspondence
– Monitor customer service queues (phone, online, live agents, etc.)
– Maintain an understanding of each product to provide relevant guidance to all customers when necessary
– Liaise with the different internal departments to follow up on matters requiring further attention or resolution
– Provide technical support to clients regarding any system issues or outages
– Take an active customer service role and provide product and customer feedback
– Act as a guide to assist and train clients with support resources and encourage online participation in the network system
– Handle difficult calls effectively in order to reduce escalations
– Perform additional related duties and tasks as required
