Our client is a well-established company of professionals accounting and seeking a Executive Assistant – Private Wealth Management – USA clients to support on documentation and other related tasks in supporting administration for the office.

Responsibilities :
– Annual resolutions for group of holding companies
– Updating and maintaining corporate information for group entities
– Reviewing and completing agreements for new accounts and investments
– Coordinating with investment managers to provide information and other ad hoc requests
– Ensuring internal documentation is complete for new investments
– Monitoring and actioning a shared high volume e-mail inbox used for communication with all portfolio investments
– Updating and maintaining banking information and banking requests
– Coordinating signatures for execution of agreements
– Supporting the office with administrative services
Qualifications :
– At least 5 years of experience in administrative support within an environment working with legal or financial investment documentation
– Familiarity with different corporate structures (Trusts, partnerships, corporations, etc.) and exposure to the investment industry are strong assets
– Excellent bilingualism to work with Toronto office and USA clients
– Strong skills in Word and Excel
– Organized, detail-oriented, accurate, able to work autonomously and function well within a team
