Our client is looking for an IT Director.

Main responsibilities:

– Implement IT security measures in accordance with ISO 27 001 standards by planning, deploying, and ensuring system security
– Design and deploy physical IT infrastructures and hybrid clouds globally, including in Canada
– Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer and software development team to identify current and future application requirements
– Oversee IT security compliance and monitoring, including employee training, log review, and audits
– Lead IT team projects in support of operational objectives and facilitate their development

General criteria
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent of a DEC + 20 years of progressive experience in IT
– 15 years of experience in similar tasks as the head of an IT department in a fast-growing organization in an international context
– Experience in network and cybersecurity infrastructure design
– Demonstrated experience building teams and managing people
– Rigor in its follow-ups and approach in solutions-mode

Technical Expertise
– Knowledge and application of ISO 27.001 industry standards
– Microsoft Hyper-V, Virtual Switch, Cluster Failover, MPIO, HA environment
– Knowledge of ONTAP Netapp centralized storage, iSCSI LUN and CIFS
– Advanced domain controller management, FRS, DFS, WSUS, LDAP, FQDN, Azure, URP, Trust relationship
– Firewall, switches, dynamic routing, IPSEC VPN, MFA VPN, Radius
– O365 environment, Sharepoint, HPE, iLo, SNMP, Sentry.io, Victoriametrics, Grafana
– Cisco ASDM-ISM, IOS CLI Environment
– SQL Server, SQL Agent, Replication, Log shipping
– OVH Cloud, AWS
