What you do:
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our production processes. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of production workers, coordinating workflow, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your strong leadership skills and keen attention to detail will be instrumental in driving productivity and meeting production targets.
What you need:
– Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, operations management, or any other related discipline or experience
– 5 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment
– Experience in planning and managing operating budgets
– Experience in process management and continuous improvement
