Job Description:
– Prepare full financial statements for multiple properties
– Handle month-end journal entries
– Handle bank reconciliations
– Analyze financial statements
– Prepare financial reports
– Collaborate with the accounts payable and receivable teams to resolve problems
– Participate in the year-end audit files
Job Requirements:
– Accounting certificate or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
– 3 years of relevant work experience
– Experience in real estate, an asset
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Detail oriented
