Reporting to the Manager, Admissions, the incumbent is a member of a team that supports the multi-term processing of post-secondary applications from the pre-application period through to fee payment for a diverse population of applicants including but not limited to high school students, mature students, international students, transfer students and those with education from outside of Canada. The incumbent provides direct support to applicants, students, faculty and staff on various complex admission matters, and liaises on applicants’ behalf with other departments as necessary. The incumbent applies in-depth program and admissions expertise to adjudicate applications, assess credentials, and effectively problem solve in all applicant matters. The Admissions Advisor will support applicants in understanding opportunities for admission, reduce barriers, and improve access wherever possible while simultaneously ensuring the College is achieving its enrolment goals The incumbent supports the admissions component of the enrolment management process by analyzing business processes and developing recommendations to help elevate the applicant experience, achieve quality enrolment, and drive conversion.

Work Categorization: Hybrid Position:Combination of on-site (at least 2 days/week) and remote work; expect during peak periods at the start of term when we are required to be on campus all the time.
