We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in providing a full range of HR services to an assigned client group. As a Business Partner, you are an integral part of the organization; you are seen as a trusted advisor and problem-solver to your client group. Leaders call on you to think through their most difficult and strategic talent challenges. Leaders also seek out your advice on how to assess, motivate and reward their teams. Utilizing a consultative approach and drawing on your broad HR knowledge, the HR Business Partner supports the operational and strategic objectives of the Hospital through the provision of best-practice HR advice. As part of a progressive organization which believes in continuous improvement, the Partner plays a key role in helping clients achieve outstanding results. This role’s success depends on the ability to build trusting and collaborative relationships with clients.
