What will you do?
Siemens is seeking a customer focused, detail-oriented service coordinator to join our service delivery team.
Responds professionally to telephone & e-mail requests to/from customers
Coordinates all aspects of a field service job including scheduling a technician, ordering parts, communicating with the customer, etc.
Ability to manage complex service jobs with multiple vendors & multiple service dates
Ability to manage multiple service projects at a time
Order entry and processing
Ensure jobs are invoiced in a timely fashion
Manage schedule for field service technicians
Produce a monthly forecast for your service orders
Proactive collaboration to avoid overdue accounts receivables by working with AR team and Operations to resolve AR related issues
Other administrative duties as assigned
Suggest & implement process improvements to improve team efficiencies & customer satisfaction
What will you need to succeed?
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years proven success in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French required.
Experience in SAP is preferred
Intermediate skills in all MS Office applications
Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Strong administrative skills
Proven ability to multitask
Must be proactive, self-disciplined and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity
Strong analytical thinking and decision making
Results driven
The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s)
The role requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and/or internationally;
The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally;
