Signature Supplements Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative working as a support person in the department to help prepare customer orders. We are committed to provide the best service and products for our customers, healthcare practitioners and the service they provide to their patients.
This role is critical to the delivery of high-quality customer service that enriches the experience and builds loyalty. The ideal candidate is passionate about holistic health, natural medicine and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Input stock orders
- Prepare custom formula estimates and worksheets
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Verifying shipping addresses and research quotes for shipping costs
- Prepare customer communication with order questions and status updates
- Strong attention to detail with order verification
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information
- Collaboration with other departments to support business initiatives
- Commitment to fulfill our customer promise and service standards
- Multitasking in a high-paced environment based on business needs
- Administrative tasks as required
Requirements/Attributes:
- A background in holistic health, nutrition, supplements or natural wellness is required
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and operational demands
- Customer service role with a focus and commitment to the overall experience
- Previous QuickBooks experience an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with sensitive customer information
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Solution oriented with strong problem-solving skills
This is a full time (32-40 hours/week) permanent opportunity. Hours are 9:30am – 5:30pm with two (2) weeks’ vacation per year along with personal days and health benefits after three months.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
