Job Objective
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for all full cycle recruitment of salaried and hourly positions at Silvera for Seniors while ensuring our operations are staffed in an efficient, timely manner with qualified employees while creating an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be a key liaison in the implementation of our new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from Breezy to Work Zoom.

Working Environment: Up to two (2) hybrid days remote (in home or in community) and 3 days in office, pending successful completion of probational period and with management approval.
Hours of Work: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
