Marketing Operations Coordinator at Simwell
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will work with a cross-functional team of engineers and business leaders to track, coordinate, and implement marketing deliverables. The role will be 20% strategy and 80% execution. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities for managing and executing various projects include marketing campaigns, content development and coordination, event coordination, and more. In addition to managing multiple projects, coordinating marketing activities, and creating scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management are also part of this exciting new role.

Responsibilities:
Meet Key Business Objectives
- Demand Generation – Expand our company’s digital footprint and physical presence in tradeshows to increase awareness, subscribers, and leads.
- Campaign Coordination – Lead marketing campaigns and activities to completion by coordinating cross-functional tasks.
- Marketing Operations – Establish and maintain scalable processes to improve and optimize performance that leads to growth.
- Analytics and Reporting – Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, on all aspects of marketing projects and operations including planning, coordinating content, tracking progress, timelines, and automation.
- Manage stakeholders from various departments to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and SimWell’s audience.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Manage technical aspects of sales systems (HubSpot automation, sequences, proposals, etc.)
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign, and report key findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Maintain professional flexibility to accommodate rapidly changing priorities.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience managing multiple resources to produce content for the web across multiple channels including the website, blog, LinkedIn, YouTube, and future channels
- Proficiency in HubSpot (preferably CRM, CMS, and marketing automation)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Experience building audiences either online or offline
- Process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decision with a strategic and creative approach to guide other stakeholders
- Demonstrate effective Project management experience (Agile preferred)
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- Four (4) years’ experience in marketing or sales operations (minimum)
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
