We are a plastic raw material distributor, located in Fergus, Ontario looking for an energetic, organized & detail-oriented individual to join our Office.
This is a full-time position with benefits. This is great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding dynamic company with sales / distribution facilities across North America.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties – Invoice Processing, Filing, data entry, etc.
- Material Tracking & Reporting
- Working with Customer Service to assist with managing inventories and open orders
- Update and manage company databases.
- Attention to detail and multitasking is an essential requirement.
A working knowledge of Quickbooks & MS Office, and basic accounting skills/knowledge are an Asset, I.T. systems knowledge and experience is also an Asset, but is not required.
After a 3-month probationary period there will be a rate increase and enrollment in our benefits plan.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
