Description:
This position will be responsible to drive growth and customer experience within the AB dental market, through client education, support and follow up. They will manage leads and sales through multiple channels and work closely with marketing to support the development and promotion of products, providing input with market feedback. They will also work with the internal laboratory team to ensure educational programs are relevant to the market.
Responsibilities:
Analyze assigned territory to identify targets within their areas of responsibility
Create a business plan for assigned territory
Leverage leads generated by CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other channels
Develop and implement a strategic territory sales plan to increase business
Create awareness of laboratory services to new customers
Support the execution of all marketing launches and new product sales objectives
Participate in regional and national trade shows, in addition to lab sponsored CE
Maintain proper channels of communication between customers and the laboratory
Complete required reports concerning customer-related activities, growth and relevant updates
Self-educate, maintaining awareness of territory market conditions, competitive pricing, service levels and customer attitudes
Continuing Education & Events:
Support event set up, as necessary
Lead follow up post event
Assist with additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in the dental industry – required
3+ years of related sales experience – required
Proficiency in MS Office Applications and CRM systems
Proven experience in a sales related management role
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Experienced with a high comfort level presenting to large audiences
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking experience
Awareness of relevant industry technology trends and applications preferred
Ability to travel
Valid AB Driver’s license
