Spectrum Health Care and Seniors for Seniors is one of Ontario’s largest providers of home support, nursing, senior companionship and special services. We are hiring a B2B Marketing Manager to join our team in Toronto.

• You have 5+ years’ progressive experience in Marketing, specifically in developing marketing programs and B2B (Healthcare industry experience is an asset)
• You are an expert in Marketing and enjoy driving lead generation and sales

To be successful in this job, you will:

• Support our marketing strategy for all business units by conducting marketing research and competitive analysis to identify market solutions for new service offerings
• Develop marketing plan and strategies aligned with corporate goals and sales objectives
• Collaborate with COO to develop sales channel and go-to-market strategy
• Understand service capacity at each branch to develop targeted promotions and campaigns to increase sales
• Design, plan, launch, manage, measure and report on marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Source and establish relations with advertising vendors; identify media buys, procure quotes and negotiate rates
• Collaborate with communications team to develop social media campaigns and digital strategies that support sales objectives and business expansion plans
• Coordinate the event logistics such as staffing, sign up, booth setup, marketing collateral, presentation opportunities, capturing attendee contact info and post event follow-up
