We are looking for an intelligent, detail-oriented, and task-oriented PM who has experience in Project Managing web and mobile software development. Applicants must meet the minimum criteria:

• Have a firm understanding of how software development works, specifically web development
• Has project management experience, or Sr. level development experience and wants to turn PM.
• A great communicator, with no language barriers

The ideal person to excel at this position would:

• Have over 1-year experience managing web development projects
• Have over 1-year experience interacting with clients
• Have a risk-oriented personality where you are always looking out for the next big risk and not simply thinking “oh everything will be ok”
• Have a burning desire to not exceed budgets and timelines
• Understand waterfall and agile methods of software development
• Have a leadership personality that can rally the troops
• Come experienced with techniques for managing resources, setting up tickets, running meetings
• Be able to juggle multiple balls, and context switch throughout the day
• Have a true sense of ownership of the projects to which you manage

We would prefer someone located in or around Windsor, ON but since we are currently all working remotely, we would entertain someone within a 4 hour drive distance.
