Working With Spring Media Application
POSITION: Social Media Manager
COMPANY: Spring Media
STATUS: Full-time Contractor (30 – 40 Hours/Week)
LOCATION: Remote Work
START DATE: ASAP
RATE: $30 – $60 / hour based on experience
ROLE: We’re excited to share that Spring Media is expanding and we are actively looking to add a full-time Social Media Manager to the team. If social media makes you tick and creativity is your second nature, this role could be for you! Fully remote, we are in search of a committed, experienced and reliable human to round out our team.
First and foremost, this individual must be highly organized, with the ability to stay on top of multiple deadlines across a variety of clients. With direct client communication, you must be adept at managing client relationships and ensuring all deadlines are met.
This individual is also responsible for supporting our clients by creating engaging and converting social media content (graphics and captions), proactively and reactively engaging on their accounts and ensuring all content is created, approved, and scheduled out in a timely fashion. The successful candidate is someone eager to put their prior experience to use while looking to further grow in this field.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Full management of 4-6 clients at any given time
– Prompt and professional client communication
-Social media content creation through basic graphic design (Canva + apps)
-Create monthly social media editorial calendars
-Assist with basic research, production, posting, and maintenance of client’s social media platforms and related tools
-Prepare monthly analytics reports
-Conduct market research on the latest social media trends and translate this into client strategies
-Administrative help and consistent organization
-Assist with blog posts, newsletters, graphic creation, and more when necessary
EXPECTATIONS:
– Remote online hours: 9-5 M-F
– Ability to take client calls and team meetings during this time
– You have a minimum of 2 years of social media experience in a similar role

-You have a strong knowledge through prior client experience of social media platforms and tools, including: Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and Later

-You know how to manage your time and work independently
-You love to take on a variety of tasks in order to best support the team
