We are looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible!
Full Time – Monday through Friday – 9AM-5PM (Some Flexibility required)
Pay Rate: $15-$18 per hour
Your job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Manage the entire recruiting cycle: position validation, posting, resume screening, phone interviews, compensation negotiations, references, dispatching and all administrative aspects related to staffing coordination Source, gather and interview passive job seekers utilizing best-in-class recruitment methods (texting, emailing, recruitment campaigns, Job Fairs). Provide a high level of Customer Service to all clients and employees Other duties as required
Our new team member must possess:
High school diploma or equivalent Positive, hardworking attitude, able to work under pressure Able to Multitask and remain professional at all times 1+ year of previous experience within a staffing agency
