Your Opportunity
As Global Lead Auditor, you will manage the second level assurance function related to the Integrated Management System (IMS), that includes the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 standards. You will be part of the Practice Services functional support team (FST), and report to the Vice President of Practice Services. You will perform senior professional audit work as a key component of the global corporate governance structure.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will plan, coordinate, and oversee the global internal practice audits as required by our certifications;
Working with regional Practice Service Managers, develop and implement a plan for process-specific (vertical) audits as required; Collaborating with the regional Practice Services Managers, you will direct the work of the internal practice auditor team;
Oversee the review of internal practice audit reports to ensure quality and consistency across the regions; Analyze and report on internal key performance indicators and customer feedback results;
Conduct training on the requirements of the IMS, including integration training with recent acquisitions;
Present the results of the IMS functions at various leadership meetings;
Compose various reports, which include office-specific audit reports and quarterly IMS reports distributed to leadership;
Update internal audit and IMS report structures and content as required to best meet business needs;
Lead the review of business continuity objectives and planning and ongoing testing of business continuity measures;
Coordinate the global external audits conducted by the ISO registrars.
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to exercise influence through communication, negotiation and relationship building rather than through formal authority structures;
Detail-oriented and organized; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities;
Ability to perform duties and responsibilities and complete tasks with limited supervision;
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products;
Strong presentation skills in small or large group environments, with proficiency in presentation support tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time;
Must have a valid passport and good driving record.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 15 years of related experience with the following: Working in a consulting firm environment; Auditing related to ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. ISO 27001, and ISO 22301.
Experience in risk management, particularly business continuity management preferred.
Formal audit certification(s) would be considered an asset.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Travel is required as part of this role. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
