Starbucks Looking for specialist, brand & product marketing at North York, Ontario, Canada Full Time

As a Specialist on the Brand & Product Marketing team, you will support the execution and administration of our iconic seasonal marketing campaigns, one the critical ways we connect with our customers across Canada.

This role will be working out of the Toronto Regional Office and will require the successful candidate to work out of the regional office 3 days per week.

As a Specialist, Brand And Product Marketing, You Will

• Supports the execution of national seasonal and regional integrated marketing campaigns:
• Manages the legal review process from end-to-end for all campaign assets.
• Proofreads store signage materials for accuracy across all Canadian locations; makes appropriate edits as required.
• Works with internal and external teams to create project timelines for each seasonal marketing campaign that ladder up to cross-functional go-to-market milestones.
• Execute the Starbucks Canada social media content calendar ensuring we create authentic connections with our customers across every handle:
• Manages the content calendar across all channels, balances requests from multiple stakeholders.
• Manages the French translation process for all content.
• Natively posts content directly to our social handles; cross-posts across channels when appropriate.
• Mining and selecting user-generated content and writing accompanying social copy.
• Monitors trends and competitive activity to identify potential opportunities for the brand.
• Serves as primary point of contact for ad-hoc Local and Licensed Marketing requests from field leaders; responds or escalates as appropriate.
• Organizes and maintains Microsoft Teams filing systems, external access and requests for documents and information.
• Other projects and tasks, as required.

Qualifications –

We’d love to hear from people with the following experience:

Summary Of Experience

• Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• High School diploma considered or 2+ years of experience in a role performing administrative or coordinator job functions.
• Project leadership in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, 1+ years

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to positively contribute to the Starbucks culture by consistently living our missions and values.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Bilingualism considered an asset.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and composure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
