As the Recruiter, Corporate Services you will source, attract, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Duties and Responsibilities
Provide full-cycle recruitment for corporate services roles including sourcing, screening, behavioural based interview support, reference and background checks, and offer of employment
Develop and maintain strong, trusting, working relationships with members of the HR team and other key business stakeholders throughout the organization
Implement robust recruitment strategies to support STEMCELL’s growth objectives
Manage the recruitment process and related activities using technology including HRIS System
Report on and respond to recruiting related KPIs and metrics to inform the business and to drive recruitment strategies and tactics
Knowledge and Qualifications
An undergraduate degree is preferred or equivalent experience with related training and education
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
