NORTH ISLAND NISSAN is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in our busy dealership. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional administrative support, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Managing and Supporting the Customer Service Experience in Sales and Service
- Engaging with Customers while on site, offering snacks and refreshments
- Assist the General Manager with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Provide support to staff as needed
- Reporting on Customer Satisfaction, Dealer Rankings, Financial Goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Docs and good typing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Friendly engaging personality
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma; additional certification in office management is a plus
Hours:
The hours are full time Monday-Friday; 8:30am-4:30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Wage:
Starting @ $21 per hour plus monthly bonuses
