Stinson Owl-Lite Looking for Human Resources Generalist at Concord, ON Full Time

Working closely with our Parent Company’s Human Resources Director, you will be an integral participant in implementing programs to ensure harmonization across all businesses under Ramudden Canada’s umbrella. You will provide a high level of service to employees at all levels of the Company in all aspects of HR including:

• Talent management and onboarding
• Employee relations
• Employee engagement
• Rewards and recognition
• Performance management
• Training and development
• Health and safety
• Process implementation and improvement
• Policies, procedures, and legislative compliance

In this newly created role, you will work closely with Managers, Supervisors, and Employees to ensure a positive Employee experience and position Stinson as a best in class employer.

You will have responsibility for all Stinson sites and will be required to spend time at each site (Concord, Vaughan, Gormley) as well as attend meetings at other Ramudden Canada locations in the GTHA.

You have:

• A post-secondary education in Human Resources
• 3+ years experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Assistant, Coordinator, Generalist, or similar role
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or construction is an asset but not required
• A desire to learn and grow with us
• A customer service attitude and approach to problem solving
• A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
• Full COVID-19 vaccination or a verifiable medical exemption

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
