The Bilingual Customer Relationship Specialist position strives to provide a perfect customer experience in English or French. One of the primary responsibilities is to assist with the Canada Customer Care Center’s operations in Toronto and receive Canadian customers’ returns. The other main focus is to grow sales with current and potential customers in Canada proactively.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with the operations of the Canada Customer Care office in Toronto
Provide best customer experience in English or French: Responsible for our French extension
Process all customer returns that we receive in the office accurately via couriers or directly from the customer who visits the Toronto office
Communicate with customers regarding returned items
Secure customer returns of high-value daily in the company vault
Prepare customer returns to ship to the corporate office weekly with all customs paperwork
Serve as the specialized point of contact for all Canadian accounts
Inbound and outbound communications for existing and potential customers
Proactive sales strategy to grow Canada’s sales
Update the company database by inputting information from each call and keeping every customer field current
Collaborate with the business specialist so they can assist with customer request
Provide weekly business reviews on their book of business in the weekly meeting
Tradeshow Participation
Qualifications:
Superior communication, both written and verbal in English and French
Keep current with knowledge of customs and courier paperwork to ship from Canada to the United States
Participate in required Stuller-sponsored training
Travel to the United States for training, customer events, and meetings
Commitment to customer service (internal and external)
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Professional business presence and acumen
Translate documents to French when requested for marketing
Make decisions, and communicate effectively utilizing telephone, email, or one on one conversation
Flexible, willing to adapt to change, tasks, and assignments
May request tradeshow representation
