We is looking for an Office Manager to join their downtown office. This position is perfect for a candidate who enjoys hands-on projects and wants to be a part of a company that cares about how they impact others.
The primary responsibilities of the Office Manager include the following:
Serve as the office point person for: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, errands, visitors, and third-party service provider management.
Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and replenishing items as needed
Assisting management in filling out expense reports
Facilitating office mail by checking mail daily and ensuring outgoing mail is picked up
Answering phone calls and emails and directing them to relevant staff
Greeting office visitors and alerting relevant staff of their arrival
Maintaining functionality of office appliances and hire maintenance services when needed
Occasional help with submitting invoices
What skills do you need to be successful in our role?
Experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, MS Excel, etc.)
Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize
Detail oriented
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Committed to providing outstanding customer service to staff and visitors
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
