Are you a technician that enjoys resolving a wide range of IT challenges? We are looking to recruit an IT Support Technician, Tier 2, full time, year-round. Working in a stunning mountain resort, the successful candidate will be responsible for daily duties that include responding to internal requests for technical support, organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work using issue tracking systems, Onboarding/Offboarding user administration, asset management and documentation, and Hardware staging, installation, troubleshooting and repair. This role offers opportunities for career development within the Sun Peaks IT department, the IT field in general, and the ski industry overall.
