SureWerx Looking for Inside Sales Account Manager at Guelph, Ontario, Canada Full Time

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Account Manager, with occasional travel to our Guelph, ON branch.

Role Description The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts. Additionally, the Inside Sales Account Manager will provide customer service and support while generating new sales leads and opportunities.

Tasks include:

• Calling on assigned accounts in the territory to identify and close opportunities for SureWerx Canada products. This involves determining the potential for new business, add-on business, or upsell business, and maintaining future opportunities.
• Identifying prospects through various lead generation activities, such as trade shows, email, website inquiries, direct mailing, advertising, and cold-calling on key prospects or referrals.
• Calling on prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision-making process and criteria, and their needs.
• Providing value propositions, handling objections, preparing quotes, and closing sales by obtaining prospects’ commitments.
• Processing all sales orders and answering any questions related to the order status.
• Working with product managers on special pricing for significant product purchases.
• Directing customers to the website, if possible, to assist them in finding the required part or product.
• Accumulating and processing back-order information, back orders, and un-invoiced sales order line items as required.
• Performing administrative and office duties such as filing, updating customer information, and contributing to general office functioning.
• Researching product information, product catalogues, etc.
• Creating possible promotions for distributors.
• Providing additional Sales Support, such as trade show and direct mail lead follow-up.
• Supporting National programs, such as promotions and product launches.
• Utilizing Salesforce CRM to maintain a current listing of all opportunities.
• Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of successful outbound sales experience.
• Bilingual in English and French, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives.
• Understanding of the sales administration process.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team player who is assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce) or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• A degree or diploma in a business discipline or related field is preferred.
