We are currently seeking an Inside Accounts Manager. Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, the Inside Accounts Manager is primarily responsible for supporting and developing new and existing business revenue objectives for SureWerx Canada. This position also entails ongoing account management and development, along with identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the defined account base.
This position is being offered on a remote basis with occasional travel to our Guelph branch. The ideal candidate should live within a reasonable driving distance from the branch.
Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts. Additionally, the Inside Sales Account Manager will provide customer service and support while generating new sales leads and opportunities.
