Our Sales Team ensures our machines are presented in an appropriate and consistent way that is recognizably our brand, to clearly explain our technology and create the right customer experience. In a constantly changing marketplace, we sell beauty and technology products across the world to leading retailers.
Accountabilities
As our company’s Brand Ambassador, you will deliver an iconic customer experience while meeting sales goals through selling our beauty and technology within one of our retail partners.
Responsibilities include:
Engage with customers to conduct captivating, in-store, and event demonstrations confidently in assigned retail store/s to achieve specified sales goals
Actively listen to customers to confidently recommend appropriate brand products and comfortably overcome objections
Build relationships with retail partner staff and train on our history and products
Track and maintain all demonstration materials and ensure marketing collateral is properly displayed in assigned retail store/s
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to meet and exceed sales goals
Assist with special events and visual merchandising
Assist with training of new associates, as needed
Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, holidays, and as business dictates
About the Role
Provide the ultimate shopper experience in an engaging and well-informed professional fashion
Understand the shopper’s needs through discovery and consultation to identify the appropriate products to address their needs and desires
Act as the in-store representative for all our products
Educate Retail Sales Associate partners and shoppers on specific product features and benefits on various technology
Perform operational duties such as visual merchandising, maintaining display cleanliness, replenishing stock, and other related activities
Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with our client’s culture
Perform other duties, as assigned
As this role includes a sales-based bonus program, you must be able to achieve or exceed personal sales and productivity standards
About You
Minimum of 2 years of in-person retail selling experience
Experience working with technology and prestige luxury brands an asset
Ambitious and self-motivated sales individual who exudes charisma and confidence
Proven track record of successful sales experience, exceeding quotas
Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours
Ability to work retail hours (standard, peak, holiday) including a minimum of three (3) days/week including every Saturday/Sunday
Ability to transport demonstration equipment/supplies to and from assigned location(s) and the ability to travel within a defined territory
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Must be at least 18 years of age
