Sutherland Looking for ESPN+ Spanish Bilingual Streaming Services Specialist at Remote Full Time

The role:
As a Spanish Bilingual ESPN+ Streaming Services Specialist, you’ll bring your expertise to deliver exceptional customer service and solutions to fans and serve as a brand ambassador for ESPN’s mission to serve the sports fan anytime, anywhere, connecting fans to the sport and games they love most. You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.

You are flexible and open to working various schedules (Hours of operations are 9am to 2am, 7 days a week. This role will involve mostly nights and weekends to assist our fans during games events.).

You bring an enthusiastic personality and love all types of sports (i.e. MLB, NHL, NBA, MLS, college sports, PGA golf, Top Rank Boxing, Grand Slam Tennis, etc.).

Qualifications:
An understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology (i.e. operating systems, routers, etc.)

Excellent typing skills (at least 30 words per minute)

Experience using a streaming player or gaming system

Strong Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask

Driven by solving problems and meeting goals

Experience in customer service

High school diploma or equivalent

Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better!

In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
