Responsibilities

· You will develop new staffing opportunities

· You will partner with the client to ensure an effective recruitment process

· You will focus on building thriving relationships with both the client and the candidate.

· You will identify and define the skills and expertise required to effectively source candidates.

· You will be responsible for your success as you manage your own 360 desk

· You will, engaging a variety of recruiting tools optimize the overall recruitment process

· You will ensure exceptional customer service is received by both the clients and candidates

Requirements:

· Post secondary education

· Account Management, Customer service or sales experience

· Interest in Recruiting

· Good grasp of computers and quick to pick up new software

· Superior communication skills

· Proven track record of success, competitive and self motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required)
