Pureform Radiology
Synthesis owns and operates Pureform Radiology, a growing network of radiology clinics based in Alberta, Canada. Our clinics provide a range of specialist and subspecialist diagnostic services, including general imaging, MSK, intervention, breast imaging, and pediatrics. Our clinicians are empowered with our advanced decision support and workflow AI solutions, allowing for revolutionary improvements in diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. These tools are created and validated by and for medical practitioners, ensuring our focus is on the most important aspect of our work—the health and well-being of the patient.
Your Role
Pureform and PureKids Sonographers are responsible for delivering exceptional care to all of our patients in a respectful, compassionate, and welcoming environment. As a Pureform and PureKids Sonographer you will independently perform and communicate the results of diagnostic examinations to the Radiologists. A successful candidate maintains the highest level of medical ethics at all times and is driven to continually improve their level of understanding and knowledge in this field.
What You’ll Do
Check PVER / DIR feed
Record merges (patients, exams)
Basic hanging protocols
Manage autoroute queues
QA report delivery feeds
Audit fax / netcare delivery queues
Respond to queries from AHS informatics regarding the status of imaging records
Provide Tier 1 IT support for Pureform users
Includes taking calls from users and documenting problems in a ticketing system
Basic troubleshooting (check power supplies, network connectivity, etc.)
Setup MS teams and Google workspace accounts and manage the environments
Manage users in active directory
Support referring physicians use of the physician portal
Set up new computers
Deploy software to workstations including application updates
Support users with daily tasks
Tier 2 support
Includes taking calls from users and documenting problems in a ticketing system
Resolve specific hardware issues with Windows-based workstations
Troubleshoot configuration issues with Windows-based workstations
Troubleshoot issues with voip phones / 3CX
Provide basic network troubleshooting (working with network switches and firewalls)
Verify the status of cloud and on-prem servers
Escalate issues to the appropriate tier 3 support (includes compuvision, other staff within Synthesis health, software and hardware vendors, data centre)
