What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Answer questions about property facilities, services, and room accommodations
- Process reservation requests and support loyalty and customer care requests
- Identify guest reservation needs and maximize revenue through sales techniques
- Provide customer support and issue resolution
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect guest privacy
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must live in Lambton, Chatham-Kent, Middlesex, Elgin, Norfolk, Oxford, Perth, Huron, or Bruce counties
- Reliable internet connection with minimum download speed of 3 Mbps and upload speed of 1 Mbps
- Ability to maintain a safe and secure work environment at home
- Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
