What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review incoming STD claim applications against established criteria
• Process non-complex claims by applying contractual provisions
• Build and maintain strong service relationships with plan members, healthcare providers, and internal partners
• Gather outstanding claims assessment information efficiently
• Communicate effectively through written (emails, formal letters) and telephone communication

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Availability for scheduled work shifts
• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional attention to detail with numbers, spelling, and grammar
• Strong organization, prioritization, and planning abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate PC skills with MS Word and MS Excel

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 0-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative role
• Bilingual in French and English
