What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with good attendance and punctuality
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer service oriented with the ability to multitask and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support
- Additional certifications or training in relevant areas
