Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a dynamic Junior/Intermediate Marketing Specialist to join us part-time, with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• B2B Email Marketing:
• Assist in the development and execution of outbound B2B email marketing campaigns to support client acquisition and candidate outreach.
• Work closely with senior team members to create targeted messaging and campaigns.
• Content Creation:
• Support the rewriting and optimization of website content for SEO and improved candidate engagement.
• Assist in the creation of blog posts and job descriptions to enhance our online presence.
• Social Media Management:
• Contribute to the management of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to showcase our company culture and promote job opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and refine our social media strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Must be data driven and have proven examples of your previous successes

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a marketing role, internship, or coursework.
• Knowledge of recruitment industry trends.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, LinkedIn).
