Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities
- Fulfill staffing requirements alongside the recruitment department
- Oversee and implement all aspects of onboarding new candidates
- Responsible for maintaining employee files to meet quality and audit standards
- Provide performance management documentation and action plans
- Administer and oversee benefits program
Human Resources Assistant Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience as a Human Resources Assistant or similar role
- Post secondary education in Human Resources

Employment Details
- Location: Winnipeg
- Salary: $52,000 – $54,000 annually
- Work Model: Onsite
