JOB DESCRIPTION – Please note – This is a 7.5 hour work day.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Scheduling and managing the schedule of sessions in Outlook with Teams meetings and room bookings
• Pulling together the prep materials for each session (experience with *** SEMS tool is highly preferred)
• Taking minutes during meetings
• Minor follow ups like submitting Procurement tickets (*** SEMS tool experience is highly preferred)
• Powerpoint / Word support

The person would need to be available the full duration except for the statutory holidays. They would need to come into office on Wednesdays and Fridays.

3-5 years of office experience

strong organization skills, strong skills with Outlook/ Teams/ Sharepoint/ MS Office

Strong Communication skills: This person will be coordinating with about 80 people that are being introduced to a new process. Likely there will be some back and forth in emails and on Teams Calls / in person, so being a clear, patient communicator will help this person be successful.
