Join our team
The Kroll Pharmacy Learning Specialist team is small but mighty, supporting almost 5000 pharmacy customers across Canada with new implementations, conversion & data migration projects, module activations, and all scopes of training. We are a tight-knit group of professionals with a focus on efficiency and positive customer experiences. Our goal is to deliver consistently exceptional customer outcomes with our training and implementation initiatives. If you are a driven, organized, and personable individual who would enjoy working with healthcare professionals to learn new technology; if you have a can-do attitude and a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving; and if you have an interest in travelling across Canada, then you may be a fit with our Pharmacy Learning Specialist Team!
Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
As a Senior Learning Specialist and expert in your field, you will use your subject matter and technical expertise to design and develop training and implementation programs, resources, and strategies to optimize training and implementation outcomes across the whole team. You will consult on complex implementation projects, lending your expertise and knowledge to project teams to ensure positive customer experiences and optimal project results based on the individual business needs of the customer. You will use your knowledge and experience of conversions and data migrations to assist with the data review process for new pharmacies transitioning to Kroll from other pharmacy management software solutions. You will act as learning advisor, communicating content updates to the team as needed and applying keen problem-solving techniques to help the team overcome and adjust for unexpected changes. You will work with minimal supervision and guidance, and use your strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail to ensure our pharmacy customers receive consistently excellent training experiences and are comfortable with the products and services they receive, thereby contributing to positive health outcomes for patients across the country.
