Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of month end entity financial statements.
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting process, in order to shorten reporting times
- Month end close duties, including journal entries and related party reconciliations
- Assist in monthly consolidation approach, be involved with ongoing process change improvements
- Organization of finance group, including monthly binders, review and sign offs
- Work through ad-hoc finance group priorities
- review results with reporting subsidiaries, including investigating variances and take appropriate follow up action
- Liaise with and prepare information for external auditors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent business experience
- Professional accounting designation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience using financial software, Microsoft Dynamics, GP is an asset

Salary: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
