Responsibilities
- Welcome/check in patients or visitors with a positive, uplifting, warm attitude.
- Answering phones; ensuring the call is directed to the appropriate colleague or requested task of patient is completed in a timely manner.
- Scheduling patients through our Mind Body system.
- Preparing documents for the appropriate physician, nurse or technician.
- Patient confidentiality.
- Courtesy appointment reminder calls; confirm/cancel reschedule according to office policy.
- Listen, respond and prioritize voicemail in the morning and throughout the day.
- Computer system uploading, faxing and general office admin.
- Cosmetic office ordering.
- Provide guidance and support to all patients.
Skills/Requirements
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Ability to work well as a TEAM player and individually
- Excellent computer knowledge (word, excel, quick books)
- Above average communication and personable skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using a cloud scheduling system
- The ability to prioritize tasks and would under strict deadlines
- 1+ years working in a medical or cosmetic office or similar setting
