Boeing Vancouver is currently looking for an Analytical Insights Manager IC to join Our team in Vancouver, Canada . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter who understands the importance of collaboration as this position will be responsible for providing advanced analytical insights to customers around the globe.
Position Responsibilities:
Help customers, both internal and external, understand and solve complex problems and maximize efficiency while leveraging Boeing’s Digital Offerings.
Generate advanced analytical insights; using large data sets identify root causes, threats, errors, and opportunities so that they can be actioned.
Communicate analytical insights in an easily digestible and actionable manner.
Works directly with customers and stakeholders to scope analytical projects, obtain relevant data, validate findings, and share results.
Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving.
Ensures customer commitments and service levels are achieved or exceeded.
Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers.
Maintain SME level awareness of several of Boeing’s Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) products.
Some travel will be required.
Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Minimum of five years total Aeronautical experience in any of the following disciplines: Aerospace engineering background, flight deck operations, piloting, commercial airline operations, or military flight operations.
Minimum of five years analytical experience.
Candidate must be able to support our global customer base with a flexible work schedule which may include late or early meetings.
Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience presenting data insights
Experience with data mining and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with flight safety programs such as Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) / Flight Data Monitoring (FDM).
Strong presentation skills to executive level audience.
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
Piloting or reliability engineering experience.
Familiarity with aircraft recorded flight data.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years’ related work experience, Master+7 years’ related work experience, 13 years’ related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Additional Information:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
