Our Account Executive roles work with our teams and customers to support and grow their business and execute our brand strategies locally. Although a fixed term contracted arrangement, the contracted team member will gain amazing experience working with our brands and managing customer relationships in a world-class organization.
Position Details:
Manage all aspects of the business relationship with multiple Regional Key Account Food Service & On-Premise customers
Ensure business plan objectives, success of key initiatives, major actions, key support needed achieved
Manage and lead collaborative business planning with strategic goals for upcoming year
Conduct regular business reviews with customers to define business needs, issues faced and opportunities to develop viable solutions
Build relationships with key customer contacts to steward business results
Gather and analyze customer specific data (eg. Store sales, check average, service history, traffic and beverage incidence) to understand state of overall business and opportunities
Accountable for forecasting and managing to budget
Act as Liaison with Bottler system and customer field network to ensure constant application of strategies as outlined in the annual business plan and flawless execution of programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize internal processes to manage the day-to-day business. Examples include: marketing, accounting, finance, forecasting, inventory communication, equipment service and operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
Sales key account experience; preferred with a consumer-packaged goods company
Excellent communication skills and proven track record in sales, negotiation and selling in key initiatives
Able to manage multiple customer and internal stakeholders to address customer needs and problem solve
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities without direct supervision
