Shift -full time- 4 days on 3 days off – 10 hour days

The Gentlemen Pros are seeking an enthusiastic customer service representative for our call centre.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver first-class customer experiences by answering questions and providing information in response to concerns and requests
• Administrative duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Call Centre or similar experience working in an office with high volume phone calls
• Have a great work ethic, be punctual, pay attention to the details, and genuinely enjoy helping people
• Have outstanding oral, typing and written communication skills
• Enjoy working within a diverse team
• Significant use of memory, finding information, computer use and continuous learning
• Must be a strong team player and also have above-average initiative and the ability to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:
